How fast do you deliver?
Across Dubai in 30 to 60 minutes depending on your location, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Where do you deliver?
Everywhere in Dubai, free of charge. Outside Dubai we deliver by pre-booking at least 4 hours ahead, with an extra fee depending on the route.
How do I pay?
On delivery, in cash, by card, or through a secure payment link we send on WhatsApp. No prepayment.
Is there a deposit?
Only for tourists and hotel or holiday-home deliveries, where a refundable deposit or a valid ID may be required. It is returned when the equipment is collected.
What is included?
Traditional: two heads with your flavours, heater, 8 to 10 coals for 24 hours (16 to 20 for 48 hours), a single-use hose and mouth tips. Electric: two capsule heads, an extra battery and a charger. Every setup is cleaned with professional tools before delivery, and we set it up and light it for you. Extra heads or coals are added to the invoice.
What is the difference between 24 and 48 hours?
A 48-hour rental includes up to 4 heads and 16 to 20 coals. Extra heads, coals or time are added to the invoice. A driver collects the setup at the end of the booked period.
Traditional or electric?
Traditional is the classic charcoal experience with thick, rich smoke. Electric uses heated capsules with no coal and no coal smell, which makes it ideal for apartments, balconies and hotel rooms.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. You must be 21 or older to order.
How do I order?
Choose your tier, flavour and device on the site and send the order to us on WhatsApp, or simply message us. We confirm within two minutes.
Do you cater events?
Yes: weddings, yachts, desert nights and private gatherings across Dubai. Every event is quoted on request with no minimums. Minimum notice is 2 hours; we recommend booking 24 hours ahead. A typical event runs 4 to 5 hours and can be extended. A female shisha expert is available for girls' nights.
How long does one head last?
About 60 to 90 minutes, depending on how you smoke.
Can I extend my session?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we arrange the extra heads, coals or time and confirm the price at the time.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, free of charge before our driver arrives. Once the driver has arrived, delivery fees are charged.
Is the service discreet?
Yes. No awkward questions and no unnecessary attention: our driver delivers, sets up and leaves. Just good service and good shisha.
